Skills Needed

• Understand and capture current and future-state business processes for Salesforce Platforms.

• Provide gap analysis and propose value-added improvements.

• Experience in developing user stories and gathering business requirements.

• Understanding of Salesforce basic administration

• Manage project backlogs, issues, risks, dependencies, scope, communications, and status.

• Strong presentation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
